We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping times may be longer if you are outside the United States.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (personalized items or special orders)

  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Items on sale or gift cards

Exchanges

For faster service, return the item and place a new order for the product you want once your return is approved.


EU 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, for any reason.
The item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
